关闭手机蓝牙后再重新打开，重复配对流程，通过 App 重新连接两只加热袜。连接成功后，两侧图标应同时点亮。
开机时两只加热袜默认同时选中，可单独选择一只或同时控制两只。也可通过控制箱短按按钮循环切换档位；长按按钮关闭控制箱，所有指示灯熄灭。
控制箱短按依次循环：4 灯常亮 = 最高档（IV 档）；3 灯常亮 = III 档；2 灯常亮 = II 档；1 灯常亮 = I 档。
配对成功后，可在 App 界面查看当前电量（电量指示灯）。
将充电线连接到控制箱的充电口即可充电（Type-C）。请使用符合规格的 USB 充电器（5V DC，2A 及以上）。充电时 4 颗白灯依次闪烁；全部常亮不再闪烁即表示已充满，请及时拔下充电器。
清洗前必须先取下控制箱，并将连接线塞入袜子口袋。控制箱内含电池，不可水洗或浸水。水温不得超过 50°C（122°F）。机洗请使用洗衣网袋，也可手洗。
请确认手机蓝牙稳定开启，并避免手机与加热袜之间有过多遮挡。如出现异常，可关闭并重启 App，或关闭手机蓝牙后重新连接。

Turn phone Bluetooth off and back on, repeat the pairing process, and reconnect both socks through the app. When successful, both sock icons light up.
On power-on, both socks are selected by default; you may operate one sock or both together. You can also short-press the button on the control box to cycle levels. Press and hold to turn off the control box; all lights go out.
Short press cycles through: 4 lights on = Highest (Level IV); 3 lights on = Level III; 2 lights on = Level II; 1 light on = Level I.
After a successful connection, the battery level can be viewed on the app interface (battery level indicator).
Connect the charging cable to the control box's charging port (Type-C). Use a USB charger meeting specs (5V DC, 2A or higher). During charging the 4 white lights flash in sequence; when all stay steadily lit, the battery is full – unplug promptly.
Before washing, always remove the control box and tuck the connecting cable into the sock pouch. The control box contains a battery and must not be washed or immersed. Water temperature must not exceed 50°C (122°F). For machine washing, use a laundry mesh bag; hand washing is also fine.
Make sure phone Bluetooth stays enabled and avoid heavy obstructions between the phone and the socks. If issues persist, restart the app, or toggle phone Bluetooth off and reconnect.
